Tracking from second as first timer Spicy Marg (Into Mischief) zipped through a :22.20 first quarter, the gray charged up to overtake his rival in the lane and bounded clear to a four-length victory in :56.16. Previously owned and trained by John Ennis, County Final won on debut sprinting on the Churchill turf June 5 and was second in the GIII Bashford Manor S. on the Chuchill main track June 27. Lifetime Record: 3-2-1-0.
