HRNZ Order and Directions – Levels 2 and 3

Training and Racing/Trials/Workouts

Under clause 14.4.4 of HRNZ’s constitution, Harness Racing New Zealand has made Orders and Directions prohibiting public access to race meetings, and taking other temporary steps, in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The following Order and Direction documents have been issued and are applicable to the Alert Level in the region at the time:

– HRNZ Order and Direction – Level 2 – Racing/Trials/Workouts

– HRNZ Order and Direction – Level 2 – Training

– HRNZ Order and Direction – Level 3 – Racing/Trials/Workouts

– Health Screening Questionnaire – Racing

– HRNZ Order and Direction – Level 3 – Training

– Health Screening Questionnaire – Training

These steps are necessary to protect the health and wellbeing of our participants and to ensure that our industry can continue to function.

These Orders and Directions come into force with immediate effect and will remain in force until further notice. The Order and Direction documents are binding on all clubs, licence holders, owners and other persons to whom the Rules apply.
