The homebred was the toast of the desert southwest early in his career and was a two-time winner of the Phoenix Gold Cup prior to stepping up to the big leagues.for his latest, a respectable fifth to horse for the course Limousine Liberal (Successful Appeal) in a sloppy-track renewal of the GII Churchill Downs S. on the Derby undercard four weeks ago.
