FULL BRO TO ANALYZE IT UNVEILED BY BROWN AND PARCELLS
10th-SAR, $72K, Msw, 2yo, 1 1/16mT, 6:18 p.m. ET
Shirelle (Point of Entry) will carry the colors of Bill Parcells’s August Dawn Farm for this first go. The $150,000 KEESEP yearling is a full brother to Brown-trained Analyze It, a 6 1/4-length debut romper in October of his juvenile season, earning TDN Rising Starhonors. Analyze It took a pair of Grade III events in his next starts, and just missed in a trio of Grade I events at three, including a game third in the 2018 GI Breeders’ Cup Mile. Louisiana-bred American Ruler (American Pharoah) is half to last year’s GI Preakness S. runner-up and Saturday’s GI Forego S. competitor. His dam is a full to GI Breeders’ Cup Juvenile hero Wilko (Awesome Again). TJCIS PPs

BAFFERT SENDS OUT FLASHY PAIR OF FILLIES
3rd-DMR, $55K, Msw, 2yo, f, 6f, 6:08 p.m. ET
This salty event for juvenile fillies appears to go, per usual, through the Bob Baffert barn. Baoma Corp’s Varda (Distorted Humor) was a $100,000 Fasig-Tipton Saratoga New York-bred yearling turned $700,000 OBS April grad after a :20 4/5 move. She’s a half to GSP Big Family (Any Given Saturday) and out of a half to MSW/GISP Storm Treasure (Storm Boot). Varda will be joined by fellow OBSAPR acquisition Heels Up (Twirling Candy). Just a $17,000 KEENOV buyback, she brought $65,000 last September and then $350,000 in Ocala off a strong :10 flat spin. She sizzled through a :58.80 ( 1/38) local gate work Aug. 24 (XBTV Video). Phil D’Amato pupil Fracing Fast (Constitution), meanwhile, was a $360,000 September acquisition. She’s out of SP Hot Roots (Indian Charlie), who is a half to the Baffert-trained MSW/MGISP Mother Mother (Pioneerof the Nile) and GI Kentucky Derby longshot second Commanding Curve (Master Command). Well-bred Moonlight d’Oro (Medaglia d’Oro) boasts an experience edge on her competition, having rallied for second at 3-5 going a furlong shorter here Aug. 2. She’s half to a Grade II-placed juvenile and out of a full-sister to Grade II winner Wilburn (Bernardini) and SW/GSP juvenile La Appassionata and half to Grade II-winning juvenile Beethoven (Sky Mesa). Gravitron (Into Mischief) was third in a turf sprint here July 31. TJCIS PPs

RISING STAR RESURFACES
9th-DMR, $57K, OC ($40K), 3yo/up, 5fT, 9:10 p.m. ET
Reddam Racing and Ciaran Dunne’s Devil Made Me Doit (Daredevil) makes his belated second start and turf debut. The $72,000 Fasig-Tipton July buy and $245,000 OBS June RNA aired by 9 1/2 lengths at first asking on the Santa Anita main track Dec. 28, garnering the TDN Rising Star nod. He hails from the family of GISW Corinthian (Pulpit). For more, see Impressive Santa Anita Maiden Winner on the Comeback Trail. TJCIS PPs
