Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted September 7, 2020 Journalists Share Posted September 7, 2020 Zedan Racing Stable’s Princess Noor (f, 2, Not This Time–Sheza Smoke Show, by Wilko) followed up on her ‘TDN Rising Star’ debut with an effortless victory in the GI Del Mar Debutante at the oceanside oval Sunday evening. The 3-5 favorite broke inward and bumped My Girl Red (Texas Red) before rushing up to track the pace three wide through a quarter in :23.01 and a half in :45.49. The favorite moved in tandem with Forest Caraway (Bodemeister) to overtake the pacesetter approaching the stretch. The $1.3-million OBS April topper appeared to drift into that foe, but once straightened out, strode clear with authority, gliding under the wire eight lengths in front and geared down. The time for the seven furlongs was 1:23.15. After the bumping start, My Girl Red was pulled up down the backstretch.
