Mighty Heart (c, 3, Dramedy–Emma’s Bullseye, by City Place) cleared the field from post 13 in Saturday’s Queen’s Plate S. at Woodbine, and led them every step of the way to win going away by eight lengths at odds of 13-1, leading home a one-two finish for trainer Josie Carroll. Belichick (Lemon Drop Kid) was second; Clayton (Bodemeister) was third. The final time for 1 1/4 miles over the all-weather was 2:01.98. Mighty Heart, a local maiden winner July 11, was third in an allowance last time Aug. 1. Lifetime Record: 5-2-0-1. O-Lawrence P. Cordes; B-Larry Cordes (ON); T-Josie Carroll.
