Sitting a perfect stalking trip from third as Talk Veuve to Me (Violence) and Moonshine Memories (Malibu Moon) battled through a half-mile in :46.48, she moved readily on the far turn, seized control in the lane, and edged home to best Talk Veuve to Me by two lengths. The final time for a mile was 1:34.10. Monomoy Girl carried a three-race win streak into the Acorn, having captured Keeneland’s GI Ashland S. prior to her tally in the GI Kentucky Oaks May 4.
