Shaken up when back in command approaching the quarter-mile marker, the 6-5 favourite was safely clear entering the final furlong and effortlessly extended her margin of superiority in the closing stages to hit the line an impressive seven lengths in advance of Induct (GB) (Pastoral Pursuits {GB}), becoming the first winner for her freshman sire (by Oasis Dream {GB}). “She showed a good bit of speed and ran through the line really well,” said winning rider Shane Kelly. “It was a pleasing performance and I was very taken with her. She’ll definitely win again, but I don’t know where we go next.” Part-owner Heather Pinniger added, “She has improved so much since her run at Windsor and she won almost too easily. We’ll talk to [trainer] Richard [Hughes] and will decide what’s next after that.” Half-sister to a yearling colt by Due Diligence, she is the third foal and first winner produced by Listed Dragon S. third Moss Likely (Ire) (Clodovil {Ire}), herself a great-granddaughter of G1 Prix Marcel Boussac-winning French highweight Tropicaro (Fr) (Caro {Ire}).
