Willis Horton Racing's WILL'S SECRET (f, 3, Will Take Charge–Girls Secret, by Giant's Causeway) ran her current winning streak to three, holding off the rail-skimming Pauline's Pearl (Tapit) to win for the first time at graded level in Saturday's GIII Honeybee S. at Oaklawn Park. The homebred, who bested the re-opposing Coach (Commissioner) by better than five lengths in the Jan. 30 Martha Washington S., alternated on the engine with the rail-drawn Tabor Hall (Candy Ride {Arg}) before putting that one away two abreast at the quarter-pole. Joined to her outside by 'TDN Rising Star' Sun Path (Munnings), Will's Secret remained under a confident ride from Jon Court into the final furlong, then was put to some pressure late as Pauline's Pearl closed off nicely at the fence. Sun Path held to be a sound third. Third to top Kentucky Oaks hopeful Clariere (Curlin) in an Oct. 25 Churchill maiden, Will's Secret broke her maiden in a rained-off event going two turns at the Fair Grounds Dec. 20 ahead of her dominant effort in the Martha Washington. Lifetime Record: 6-3-0-2. O/B-Willis Horton Racing LLC (KY); T-Dallas Stewart.
