Banner Day for Liam’s Map Continues in GP Oaks

Fasig-Tipton-Winner-Logo.jpg'TDN Rising Star' CRAZY BEAUTIFUL (f, 3, Liam's Map–Indian Burn, by Indian Charlie) added to a banner day for her sire as she rallied from last to annex Saturday's GII Gulfstream Park Oaks. The grey bested Millefeuille (Curlin) by about 2 1/2 lengths and stopped the clock in 1:44.41. A winner of the Runhappy Ellis Debutante S. last August, she was second in both the GIII Pocahontas S. and GI Darley Alcibiades S. in the fall before finishing sixth in the GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies. Crazy Beautiful was last seen finishing a well-beaten second to 52-1 winner Wholebodemeister (Bodemeister) in the local GII Davona Dale S. Feb. 27. Liam's Map was also represented on Saturday's Gulfstream card by GII Pan American S. winner Churn N Burn and Sir Shackleton S. hero Basin. Sales history: $250,000 yrl '19 FTKOCT.
