Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted March 27, 2021 Journalists Share Posted March 27, 2021 St Elias Stable homebred KNOWN AGENDA (c, 3, Curlin–Byrama {GB}, by Byron {GB}) upped trainer Todd Pletcher's record of GI Florida Derby wins to six while taking the race sponsored by his leading sire. The 5-1 shot saved all the ground early in midpack, tipped out for clear sailing at the top of the lane and kicked away to prevail by three lengths over Soup and Sandwich (Into Mischief). Odds-on Greatest Honour (Tapit) could only muster a third-place run from far back. Known Agenda was third in last year's GII Remsen S., but was fifth from well out of it as the 3-2 favorite in Tampa's GIII Sam F. Davis S. Feb. 6. He was last seen airing by 11 lengths in a track-and-trip optional claimer Feb. 26 while sporting blinkers and receiving Lasix for the first time. Lifetime Record: 6-3-1-1. O/B-St Elias Stable (Ky). T-Todd A Pletcher.
