Addington Owners Night – 14 May

Addington Raceway (NZMTC) is very excited to announce it will hold an Owners’ Night for ALL current (regardless of whether their horse is racing that night) AND potential owners on the 5 Star Premier Race night on Friday 14 May 2021.

It is already a huge race night which includes the 2YO colts and geldings NZB Standardbred Harness Million and the Nevele R Fillies Final.

The event, held in the Christian Cullen Lounge on level 1 of the Metropolitan Stand, will include plenty of activities, prize draws, meal specials, a welcome drink and lots more.

Race 1 is currently scheduled for approximately 5.30pm. NZMTC wish to acknowledge all current owners on this night and encourage them to bring friends and family that might also be interested in becoming an owner.

Potential owners will have the opportunity to win “an owners experience” on the night. This will include visiting “their” horse in the stable area, meeting the trainer, driver and possibly the actual owners of the horse, watching the race from the birdcage area and having photo opportunities and celebrating, win or lose, in the Breckon’s Winning Owners Bar.

Trainers, industry merchants and sponsors will be able to participate on the night with “expo” tables. An “expo passport” will form part of the evening and once stamped at each expo table, it will qualify as an entry into the major prize draws. All in all, a very exciting night ahead to celebrate and recognise Harness Racing Ownership!
