Making all in Saturday's G2 Betfair Exchange Jockey Club S. at Newmarket, Paul Dean's Sir Ron Priestley (GB) (Australia {GB}) continued to make up for lost time and provide Mark Johnston with more ammunition in the older horse department. Returning for the first time since chasing home Logician (GB) (Frankel {GB}) in the 2019 G1 St Leger when winning Nottingham's Listed Further Flight S. Apr. 7, the 15-8 joint-favourite never looked like being reeled in by Pyledriver (GB) (Harbour Watch {Ire}) who ran around late on and kept finding to score by 2 1/2 lengths.
