The object and purpose of these regulations is to ensure that the participants of harness racing in New Zealand conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, particularly in their engagement with other participants. As part of the consultation process, please find attached these proposed regulations for your information. Please provide any feedback to Liz Bishop at lbishop@hrnz.co.nz by 4.00 pm on Wednesday 26 May 2021.
