Always travelling easily on the front end, the 9-1 shot who is a half-sister to the 2006 GI Beverly D S. winner Gorella (Fr) (Grape Tree Road {GB}) relished the uphill climb to the line to score by 4 1/2 lengths from Strings of Life (GB) (Slade Power {Ire}), with 3/4 of a length back to Impulsion (Ire) (Footstepsinthesand {GB}) in third. “I was not surprised, as she ran very well first time when she was a bit green but really hit the line,” Mosse said. “She wasn’t getting tired there and was quite keen again here.
