Topping proceedings was a 3-year-old filly by Blue Bresil (Fr) (lot 458) from Peter Nolan Bloodstock. The bay, from the family of graded placed hurdler Backinthere (Ire) (Flemensfirth) hammered at €65,000 to Aidan O'Ryan/Gordon Elliott. Lot 488, another filly, this time Butlersgrove Stud's daughter of Well Chosen (GB), was the second lot to reach or exceed €50,000. She brought €52,000, having caught the eye of Bobby O'Ryan. From a statistics standpoint, 118 lots sold from 160 offered (x%) for a gross of €1,953,300. The average was €16,553 and the median of €15,000.
