The broodmare paddock is beckoning regally-bred mare Emmber but trainer Matthew White is hoping to get a few more wins out of her before then.

The daughter of Bettor’s Delight and multiple Group One winner Lauraella has won four races to date and will endeavour to add to that tally in the Chanelle Lawson Photogrpahy Mobile Pace (2200m) at Cambridge Raceway on Wednesday.

She has placed in her last two starts and White believes she is capable of winning on Wednesday after drawing gate four in the seven-horse field.

“She has been racing well and has held her form in her last few starts,” White said.

“A small field tomorrow and a nice draw should help.

“She is well bred and is probably heading to the broodmare paddock this year, but she will have a couple more starts.”

White will also line-up Carse O Fern Tom in the Have Your Party With Us @ The Raceway Mobile Pace (1700m).

“He is first-up for a little bit,” White said. “He gets into the right sort of race.

“He had a workout a couple of weeks ago and hit the line nice. He will need a bit of luck but if he gets the right run he will be thereabouts.”

Stablemate Mhai Tommie will round out the stable’s trio of runners on Wednesday when she contests The Clubhouse Classic Burger Available Tuesdays Mobile Pace (2200m).

“She has drawn well in one,” White said.

“She has been a bit unlucky in her last few runs. It was a good run last start, particularly after sitting parked the whole way.”

Fresh off his first season training in New Zealand in a solo capacity, White was pleased with his stable’s 10-win haul and he is looking forward to the prospects of a couple of his younger stock in the new term.

“That (10 wins) was the target early on, so to reach that was great. We will be looking to build on that,” White said.

“I have got a Betting Line two-year-old, The Only Decision, he has had a couple of starts which were quite encouraging, so I am looking forward to getting him back at the beginning of September.

“The two-year-old trotter Quik Barbie showed a bit in her campaign before the Jewels, so I am looking forward to her this season as well.”
