Homewrecker Racing's Point Me By (c, 3, Point of Entry–Viva Allegiance, by Proud Citizen), making just the third start of his career, stormed down the stretch for a 3 1/2-length victory in the GI Bruce D. S. at Arlington Saturday. The 8-5 favorite awaited racing room in upper stretch, found clear sailing at midstretch and forged past Tango Tango Tango (Tourist) before striding clear, completing the mile in 1:37.70. Tango Tango Tango was second and Ginsburned (Noble Mission {GB}) was third.
Point Me By was a debut winner sprinting over the Churchill lawn June 20 and was coming off a late-closing fourth-place effort in a one-mile turf allowance at Saratoga.
