Weight Rules?

I was wondering if anyone could explain this? Why are two fines $350 and one $300? Same rule number and same 1.6kg weight difference on the 4th and 6th of August?

These 2 kennels in particular seem to always be getting weight infringement notices!

Clearly they are kennels that can’t even be bothered monitoring their dogs weights?

They are both paying more in fines every week than they are picking up stake money!

Oddly enough, it seems the rules allow for the referral to the JCA for minor infringement offences.

The rules do not allow for referral to the RIB.

Both those decisions should be quashed.

Co-trainer K Williams admitted a charge under Rule 45-11 in that she presented "HARDCORE JET" up 2.8 kgs from its last recorded weight at its previous start at Cambridge on 14 October 2021. As this was the Trainers' 4th breach within the 120 day reset period the matter was referred to the Adjudicative Committee for determination.

 

Hardcore Koby also up 3.8kgs in weight today.

Does this combination of Agent/Williams not possess the ability to weigh a dog, their results certainly reflect that similar ability.
