Among the stakes races receiving purse boosts are all three rounds of the Al Maktoum Challenge: The G2 Round 1 is up $100,000 to $350,000, while the G2 Round 2 and G1 Round 3 are each up $200,000 to $450,000 and $600,000, respectively. All purses on Super Saturday Mar. 9 are up, including the G1 Jebel Hatta, which rises $100,000 to $400,000. Three Super Saturday races are up by $150,000 for purses of $350,000: the G3 Mahab Al Shimaal, the G3 Burj Nahaar and the G3 Nad Al Sheba Turf Sprint.
