TAB Phoenix winner Wow She’s Fast races for the first time since a Warragul Cup heat on January 7, while Pink Diamond finalist Throw Caution v G3 finalist Ha Ha Magoo and Yamasaki Bale v Sir Harley v G2 finalist Perfect Colour are strong encounters.

G3 Launching Pad aspirants Orson Thunder, Kelsey Bale, Amlin Emperor and Deep Witts are all expected to boost their respective strike rates, while the talented My Neo is also in action.

Great match-up which sees two star prospects in HERE COMES PIE (1) and ARCHIE’S ENTITY (4) square off. ‘Archie’ returns to Warragul after two handy placings in town in which he showed scorching early and mid-race pace before getting tired in the closing stages. Tonight, he drops back to a more suitable journey of 460m, and he has won here previously in a scorching 25.64sec, however he runs into a rocket in HERE COMES PIE (1) who has won here in a breathtaking 25.53sec. Both runners have similar early sectionals here, so the box draw is a huge advantage, and the red appears to have the edge. Fingers crossed both runners gain a clear passage and a sub 25.60sec run could be on the cards.
