Waverley to replace abandoned Tauherenikau meeting

The Masterton meeting scheduled for Tauherenikau on Sunday has been abandoned due to consistent heavy rain during the week and inconsistencies with the track surface.

The track was inspected by the RIB, club and others on Saturday morning with the group unanimous in their decision.

With the loss of the Tauherenikau meeting, a race meeting has been scheduled for Waverley this Friday 1 April. There have been some alterations to the programme which will now be as follows:

Mdn 2200m                       $12,000
