Premier Racing at The Meadows tonight features G3 Launching Pad finalist Dusty Bourbski aiming to win for the fourth time in his last five starts in a Grade 5 525m race.

Group finalists Aston Lavinia and Torpedo Tears, plus Aratuza Bale, clash in a Mixed 4/5 600m race, while the consistent Daph’s Zac and G2 Horsham Cup runner-up Americano Miss headline a Mixed 3/4 525m event.

Promising chasers Romina Bale and Set Me Free duel in a 525m Restricted Win race, while Fabriola Zero v Ms. Mighty Mouse v Fabriola Duran should be a competitive Grade 5 525m race.

The classy Sinful Angel is the standout chaser at Horsham this evening in a 410m Free For All.

The Watchdog says : OCTAVIA BALE (5) meets a good line-up tonight, but she has turned in some handy performances here of late and she can come out running at times. There isn’t a lot of early pace drawn underneath, so I think she can find the rail at the bend and a top-three finish is on the cards.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview :

DUSTY BOURBSKI (7) announced himself as a potential star through the Group 3 Launching Pad series and he looks very well graded tonight. He is yet to win here in four attempts, but he has been placed in three of those runs and he is a different chaser from when he last raced around this circuit. Two starts back, he carved out a blistering 29.23sec when winning at Sandown Park and if he can bring that type of form here, he should get down to around the 29.75sec mark. His kennelmate BELLE VIOLIN (6) is another improving type and he appears to be the main danger. He has won three-of-five over this track/distance and he is a very strong type. SHIMA JAKE (2) and OCTAVIA BALE (5) round out the serious chances. Both can show early pace at times, and they race well around this circuit.
