Weasel Posted August 9, 2018 Author Posted August 9, 2018 the fairytale week for Philippa Glass continues with I'll'ava'alf winning at Warrnambool today third winner from this NZ mare this week Quote
jess Posted August 9, 2018 Posted August 9, 2018 Don'tcha love it? A mare with a sound if unspectacular race record - but the owners (and breeders of the mare in the first place from what I can see) have kept the faith and bred - and she is producing winners. Well spotted the mustelid (?) - and all teh very best to the owners of the mare and her progeny. All power to you folks. J. Quote
Weasel Posted August 25, 2018 Author Posted August 25, 2018 fairytale week for Philippa Glass's progeny is now a fairytale month younger sibling by Alamosa - The Other Half - wins at Te Aroha by 30 lengths!! Quote
Weasel Posted September 22, 2018 Author Posted September 22, 2018 this mare is having a phenomenal run... Since beginning of the season, I'll' av Bubbles (twice, I think). Vintage Stock, I'll 'av' alf, The Other Half and (today) Le Sablier. Weasels are not know for their skill with maths but I make that 5 different winners from Philippa Glass in the last 6-7 weeks. Fabulous! Even more impressive they have won sprint and staying races, on the flat and over the jumps,in Nz and Oz ! Quote
