G2 Launceston Cup winner Hill Top Jack and the consistent Brother Bearing duel in a Mixed 4/5 500m race as well.

Group finalists Fearless Rory, Storm Stroller and Jerwood Bale clash in a Grade 5 460m final at Geelong this evening, while Struck Gold and G2 finalist Astro Boy are also in action.

This afternoon at Bendigo, Body Hack stands out in a 425m Free For All, Group placegetters Red Reactor and Aston Merit face each other, and G3 placegetter Hushing Dusk v Bella Beauty v G3 winner Love The City is intriguing.

NICOLSON BALE (3) continues to impress, and he is armed with blistering mid-race pace. With the inside two runners expected to be prominent early, he should get a dream run through behind them. MR. AUDACIOUS (6) will be looking to make it a brilliant seven-of-seven at this track. He is one of the most exciting chasers we have seen, and he turned in a massive performance to win his heat last start. His box manners aren’t great, but he is armed with an exhilarating turn of foot and with a slow beginner on his outside, he should get every chance to put himself into contention. JUNGLE PANTHER (2) is another exciting prospect, and he has carved out some scorching wins of late. He recorded back-to-back sub-27 second wins at Horsham and then followed that up with a blistering 25.52sec Warragul win. ON THE BIT (1) has a massive motor and he has won here previously in a sizzling 24.80sec. RUFIANO (8) has been enormous since resuming, winning three-of-three and all of them in slashing times.
