Tweenhills Stud resident Zoustar (Aus) (Northern Meteor {Aus}) registered his first Northern Hemisphere winner when David O'Meara trainee Just Janet (GB) made all to prevail in Tuesday's Coopers Marquees British EBF Restricted Maiden S. over 5 1/2 furlongs at Wetherby.

JUST JANET (GB) (f, 2, Zoustar {Aus}–Coral Sea {GB}, by Excelebration {Ire}), who posted a debut third at Great Yarmouth before running into the TDN Rising Star performance of Bradsell (GB) (Tasleet {GB}) at York last month, was swiftly into stride and led from flagfall in this third go. Holding sway throughout, the 5-2 favourite was bustled along when threatened approaching the quarter-mile marker and was driven out inside the final furlong to deny Lola's Moment (GB) (Ardad {Ire}) by 1 1/4 lengths, becoming the first Northern Hemisphere winner for her sire (by Northern Meteor {Aus}). Just Janet, full-sister to a yearling filly, is the first of two foals produced by a dual-winning daughter of G3 Oak Tree S. and G3 Supreme S. victrix Tropical Paradise (Ire) (Verglas {Ire}). The January-foaled bay's second dam is a half-sister to G2 Flying Childers S.-winning sire Ubettabelieveit (Ire) (Kodiac {GB}), G3 Premio Omenoni victor Harlem Shake (Ire) (Moss Vale {Ire}) and MGSP Listed Rothesay S. victrix Shenanigans (Ire) (Arcano {Ire}).
