Churchill Downs Racetrack is looking for a new agency to develop Kentucky Derby and Oaks logos for the next three years, beginning with and including the upcoming 150th runnings of the historic events, which will take place in 2024. Churchill has officially issued a Request For Proposal (RFP) in the search for a qualified creative agency for the conception, development, and execution of event marks and style guides.

“The event marks must further establish the Derby and Oaks as must-see global events, commemorate and celebrate the storied history of those races, and visually reinforce the Derby and Oaks brand with each mark appropriately suited for their event,” said Casey C. Ramage, Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships for Churchill Downs Racetrack. “We want the event marks to elevate and drive collectability for the Derby and Oaks licensed goods and merchandise.”

The RFP is open to all qualified, reputable design firms. For more information, including what proposals entail and the scope of the project, contact Emily Shepard, Churchill's Director of Design and Creative, at Emily.Shepard@KyDerby.com or (502) 635-4741. All proposals should be submitted no later than Friday, July 1 at 4 p.m. ET.
