Dispatched at 9-1, the Emory Hamilton homebred was pushed along by 8-5 favorite Free Look (Tapit) through opening splits of :23.81 and :49.77. The two continued that way all the way around with Pleasant Passage crossing the line a half-length score in 1:45.25.
