IN ITALIAN (GB) (f, 4, Dubawi {Ire}–Florentina {Aus}, by Redoute's Choice {Aus}) set a comfortable pace and held off fellow Chad Brown-trained and Peter Brant-owned Regal Glory (Animal Kingdom) to notch a 5-2 victory in Keeneland's GI First Lady S. Saturday. Princess Grace (Karakontie {Jpn}) narrowly edged Technical Analysis (Ire) (Kingman {GB}) to spoil a Brown-trained trifecta. The winner, last seen annexing the GI Diana S. over Technical Analysis at Saratoga July 16, stopped the clock in 1:33.22. This was Brown's fifth consecutive win in the First Lady and record sixth overall.
