CHAMPIONS DREAM (c, 2, Justify–Dancinginherdreams, by Tapit) timed his move just right, running down Full Moon Madness (Into Mischief) in the shadow of the wire to take the GIII Nashua S. After having to steady off heels shortly after the break, the grey settled outside in fourth as longshot Prove Right (Justify) led the tightly-bunched field through an opening quarter in :23.1. Still racing in the clear outside, Champions Dream moved into third midway around the turn and, as Full Moon Madness took over from Prove Right just ahead of him, rallied widest of the three to just gain separation at the wire. The final time for the one-turn mile was 1:39.17.
