Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted August 31, 2018 Journalists Share Posted August 31, 2018 A pair of breeches worn at Royal Ascot by champion jockey Silvestre de Sousa and signed by him and other prominent riders will be auctioned off at Sandown Park on Saturday with proceeds going to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. The NSPCC is the leading children’s charity dedicated to preventing abuse and neglect and helping those that have suffered it make a full recovery. Other lots donated to raise funds for the NSPCC include a visit to leading trainer Harry Fry’s Dorset stables, a meet and greet with UK Champion Jump jockey Richard Johnson at the 2019 Cheltenham Festival and a luxury holiday for eight on the Costa Del Sol. All of the money raised on Saturday will be used to help us in our fight for every childhood.
