Out of Julia's Pride (Proud Citizen), the filly is bred by Jay Goodwin, Susan Montanye and Andy Pickerell. “We couldn't be more pleased to congratulate the breeders on a really spectacular Rushie filly. She looks to have his powerful shoulder and plenty of leg, which is exactly what we were hoping Rushie would pass along to his progeny,” said Dex Comardelle of Blue Star Racing. “This is a great start to the season.” Florida-bred Rushie began his stallion career at Pleasant Acres Stallions in 2022 and is now standing at Blue Star Racing in Scott, Louisiana for the 2023 breeding season at $4,000 LFSN.
