Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted June 26, 2023 Journalists Share Posted June 26, 2023 What Kembla Grange Races Where Kembla Grange Racecourse – Princes Hwy, Kembla Grange NSW 2526 When Tuesday, June 27, 2023 First Race 12:45pm AEST Visit Ladbrokes NSW racing heads to the Illawarra region with a quickfire seven-race program at Kembla Grange on Tuesday afternoon. The track should be seeing an upgrade into the Good range with drying conditions heading into race-day, and with the rail in the true position the entire circuit, we should be in for a terrific day of racing. The first race is set to get underway at 12:45pm AEST. Best Bet: Community Community did more than enough on debut to suggest he’s worth following into his second-up run. He sat mid-field in a slowly run race on June 11 at Hawkesbury and stayed on nicely around mid-field, and we’re convinced this son of Scissor Kick wants further than the 1300m he had that day. He draws much better this time from barrier five and can opt to lead if given the opportunity by jockey Andrew Adkins. Regardless, this field lacks depth and so long as Community finds an economical run, he’s going to be very hard to beat in this 1500m maiden. Best Bet Race 3 – #1 Community (5) 3yo Gelding | T: Kim Waugh | J: Andrew Adkins (59kg) $3 with Bet365 Next Best: Asva Asva finally got the monkey off his back at Newcastle on June 10. He was impressive when squeezing between runners in his maiden victory and for the first time showed a real willingness to find the line. He’s got a very awkward barrier (12) to overcome, but we expect Christian Reith to get back on this gelding by Capitalist regardless, so look for him to blast down the outside of the Kembla Grange straight – and at a good price with online bookmakers to boot. Next Best Race 4 – #2 Asva (12) 3yo Gelding | T: Peter & Paul Snowden | J: Christian Reith (60kg) $7 with Neds Best Value: Easement Although Easement is yet to face the starter on race-day, the price with top online betting sites is simply too good to pass up. In two jump-outs, this three-year-old by Preferment took a hold towards mid-field before powering through the line under his own steam at Warwick Farm. With a bit of luck, Richard Collett’s runner looks every chance to make his debut a winning one. Best Value Race 2 – #1 Easement (5) 3yo Gelding | T: Richard Collett | J: Andrew Calder (59kg) $10 with Palmerbet Tuesday quaddie tips for Kembla Grange races Kembla Grange quadrella selections Tuesday, June 27, 2023 1-2-4-11 4-7 1-2-6-7 2-3-5-9-10 Investment: $160 for 100% Latest horse racing news View the full article
