The event is being held in conjunction with this year's Breeders' Cup World Championships, set for Nov. 3 and 4 at Santa Anita Park. This year's forum will discuss several key issues affecting pool betting, including attracting a younger audience and how sustainability issues in horse racing will impact on betting.
