  1. It's great that you're not surprised. If you mean by saying "I'm OK" that I agree with what he said or how he said then I'm not "OK". However any rational person can see it for what it is - an illiterate unfactual rant which reflects negatively on the person who posted it. They only person giving it oxygen is you for whatever ulterior motive that you have. Again most rational people can see through that.
  2. I'll give you one thing you are fairly transparent in your agenda. Objectionable doesn't necessarily mean harmful or illegal. Next comment?
  3. Yep and you quoted defamation laws even though the post wasn't about you. I assume you aren't a lawyer either. I replied to your moderation report.
  4. Which rule states that? Suggest you reference it when you file your complaint. By the way 20yrs midget pony handler at the circus doesn't really count as being a Horseman.
  5. Go FFS yourself. On the one hand you criticise the RIU for what you allege to be incompetence and then give them credit for knowing the medical definitions of the words laceration and cut. Which, not without some irony, you had to go Google! The Vet passed it fit - rightly or wrongly. The Stipe at the start didn't over rule - rightly or wrongly. The Starter didn't over rule - rightly or wrongly. End of story. Feel free to lodge an information or complaint yourself to the RIU. Let us know how you get on.
  6. You have become fixated on your solution. You don't work for TAB NZ IT help desk do you? Of course I've used Speedtest even though I prefer other options which give a more detailed analysis. MY BROADBAND ACCESS SPEED IS NOT THE PROBLEM! But just to make you happy! See attached image. Note anything over 25Mbps is considered GOOD for HD Streaming.
  7. Who knows because it didn't happen. Obviously you haven't finished trawling all the Stewards reports from the weekend or you'd be criticising Te Akau for not riding the 2 yr old back as indicated prior to the race. Oh thats right race circumstances dictated otherwise and the horse won anyway. Who would have thought!
  8. Its a classic case of one error leading to another escalating to unintended or unpredictable consequences. In this case it isnt ALL the RIU's fault. As for the Vet passing the horse fit to start that was his judgement call. Right or wrong it was his call on what he saw. You couldn't expect the RIU to override the Vet's advice. It is even conceivable that the horse wasn't even bleeding when inspected at the barrier. As you say Freda Thomass can be tiresome. FFS he is still litigating stuff that happened 3 seasons ago! Of course no positive posting of an improved protocol from him.
  9. Do you think I should ban him for the potential to incite a riot?
  10. HE DID NOT BAN HIS JOCKEY FROM GIVING EVIDENCE. How could he when he didn't have legal power to do that anyway! YOUR ARE THE PERPETRATOR OF FAKE NEWS!

  16. Which highlights my point that the person in question isn't doing themselves any good.
  17. There is only one person who looks a loser and it isnt Gammalite. As for whether they are one and the same I can't say for a number of reasons. However if you closely look at their styles you will see they are different.
  18. FFS Thomas we litigated that exact same stuff on here the first time you banged on about over a year ago. Move on.
  19. LOL trust me I've had 35 successful in IT and I've tested the speed. Others have complained about it and my testing and analysis has led to the conclusion it is a conflict with the TAB App and the TAB streaming pop out on my Android. Hell I can watch HD movies streaming on my phone without any buffering.
  20. No its not my internet. It is something to do with a clash between the TAB App and the pop out streaming service. As I said above I watched a race via Loveracing in full screen mode and no buffering.
  21. Karrots do you really think anyone who labels THEMSELVES "Retarded" is taken notice of?
  22. I thought so. Some people have no idea of the logistics of organising a race meeting.
  23. I've long advocated that a reasonable proportion of Industry Days (if not all of them) should be contestable i.e. Clubs bid for them in terms of Stake money they are willing to fund above a declared minimum. Although I would do away with the Tiered Stakes concept. It is irrelevant and unaffordable. Group and Listed race stakes should be reduced and a revamp of the pattern undertaken.
  24. Thomass if you keep repeating this "Big Lie" then you will be restricted. No matter how often you tell it it won't make it true. Not only that but we have traversed the in's and out's of that episode ad nauseum and it was over 12 months ago!!!!!!! The only thing worse than Fake News is OLD Fake News. We all accept that you have a literary challenge in trying to express yourself but even your obvious dyslexia doesn't excuse you from quoting the wrong rule. Rule 613 refers to a horse not be able start wearing bandages or sharp shoes! The Rule you are referring to is Rule 916(1) and as detailed in the JCA judgement as follows: You could draw a corollary between BOAY allowing you to speak and the JCA allowing Mr Ellis to speak. The courtesy may be granted but whether anyone actually takes notice to a degree that oversteps the rule(s) is not going to happen. Case Closed - move on.
  25. Funny you should post that at the same time as I was looking at the pool totals for the last race. About $110,000 in the W/P and Exotic pools. I imagine that went up a bit when the TAB did their dump. Unless the Fixed Odds book was HUGE then I can't see how they earnt enough revenue to pay for the $32,500 stakes on offer. More than happy to be corrected on that.
