I know this is a bit a of a thread dredge, but I can attest he is alive. He is very confidential with regard to his details but has given me permission to act as an intermediary. If you want prints of his work just let me know details and I will pass them to him, and get back to you with a price, but I would suggest you don't wait too long as he has had health issues recently.
