Retention and recruitment are critical, as the police are finding out.
We need leaders with integrity and morals. 'We' meaning trainers, owners, employees and punters. Cull those who bring this industry into disrepute. Let them train but thats it, no senior roles or board membership. Simple.
Certainly is a concern in the public sector but its rife through a lot of industries. NZ racing as one currently as a prominent leader. Not a good look for racing and in particular NZTA.
