    What went wrong with the StrathAyr redevelopment at Moe in 2015? From what I read, the redevelopment resulted in no racing for 19 months, cost $4.5 million and when racing recommenced there was kickback of large clods. Moe's racing was then transferred to Bairnsdale.

    I also thought the RIU was completely independent of New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing (NZTR), Harness Racing NZ (HRNZ) and the Greyhound Racing New Zealand (GRNZ) but it is not. It has a four member board with one representative from NZTR, HRNZ, GRNZ and one representative from the New Zealand Racing Board (NZRB).
