Strange that they closed your account. I couldn't complete a withdrawal online. Emailed them and they replied saying they were working on fixing the issue but could do a manual withdrawal for me in the meantime.
I left it a few weeks went but when I tried to withdraw online again the issue hadn't been fixed so I emailed them again. They replied saying they were still working on it. I emailed them a copy of a bank statement and googled for a Swift code and let them know what it was. Money turned up in the account a few days later.
Maybe try emailing them if you want to use the account again. Try to be polite as possible. They're Australians and can be very difficult to deal with especially on the phone and you can get their back up very easily.
It's the best place to bet and for some of us the only place to bet.
