Cyril
In view of ongoing issues with various tracks around the country , I am just curious to know who is overseeing the rebuild of the Awapuni track. How confident can we be that the work is going to be done correctly, or in six months will it be closed again for remedial work?
Wingman
We can only hope they get it right as my understanding Awapuni will host all of Trenthams races and that track gets a rebuild. Don't get it right and we might be hearing 'and they are off in the Wellington Castlepoint cup!😅

No one wants to see races put off or horses/riders injured, so there is no suggestion that track managers and their staff WANT a cock-up. But it seems that all are singing from the same song-sheet, and the tune just doesn't work.
curious
Might be a tune to some but it's pretty out of tune to me. I may have to get my hearing aids retested.
Extra Dollars
Any updates/pictures on the new grass that they sowed at the beginning of Autumn?
