The punting dividends were paid on 6 June after the all-clear of the race was called & then the (new) results of the race were changed on 24 July, many weeks later. Yankiwi
More favouritism again today. Same kennel, rule breached - no consequence. Late scratchings: 1). BIG TIME ZOLA (L Cole) - race 10. BIG TIME ZOLA was a late scratching by order of the Stewards as per GRNZ Rule 19(4)(b) when found to be ineligible to start due to a 28 day stand down imposed on the 9th of August at Wanganui GRC. Weirdly though, there is nothing in the stewards’ report at Whanganui on 09 August for Big Time Zola and her last race was 02 August. Lol at your petty sticks and stones @Chief Stipe You’d think everyone would care about a living creature being treated like commodity? Not to mention the industry has been gone through numerous damning reviews since 2013 with the same issues of 1) animal welfare, 2) data and 3) transparency all continually being raised and Big Time Zola’s situation here seems to be yet another example of all 3. You’d also think everyone would want to do better since the industry has been on notice since September 2021.

Actually, there is something. No explanation as to why. Also of note from that same 02 Aug report, another rule was noted to have been breached for a different dog, yet with little/no consequence, for guess who... It's to do with welfare, so you'd think they'd treat it as important and do something to act as a deterrent, other than writing their name in the newspaper. Yankiwi
I wanted to edit the previous post to read 09 Aug report instead of 02 Aug report, but the powers didn't want to allow it.

Even if you were correct there are very few systems in the world that involve data entry that are 100% correct. None of them are immune from the intense scrutiny of ideologically driven trainspotters such as you and Chazza.

Yankiwi
Why warn E Cole for this? That's about as effective as warning the Pope. E Cole does not train Big Time Joker, Lisa Cole does. E Cole is not a trainer. E Cole is a handler. Drain the swamp & get a real unbiased professional outfit to police the greyhound code.

Wrong rule Chazza. On that basis they won't be contacting you to join any professional outfit.

FFS Rule 77(1). 77 Greyhound in season must be scratched (1) Where a trainer or person in charge of a greyhound knows or believes that a greyhound is in season, the trainer or person in charge of the greyhound may scratch the greyhound from the Event the greyhound is nominated for or engaged in. Perhaps Lisa Cole was still on her way back from Cambridge where her dogs raced the day before. E Cole was maybe the licensed handler on course and responsible.

You don't know what you're talking about. First you need to work out what the RIB warned E Cole about. I did that for you. You simply dismissed it, as normal. You're so obsessed with lynching GRNZ and others that you missed the obvious. It was clear what E. Cole was warned about. Well clear to any literate person. I'm surprised you didn't know what rule 77 was about.

FFS are you really losing the plot? You posted the reason! Failure to inform Stewards of injury post race in a timely manner. The dog was eventually presented post race to vet with an injury. No conspiracy. Everyone doing their job but E. Cole not doing it in a timely manner.
