Would be appropriate if the club converted the January all weather meeting to grass to compensate this weekends switch.

...and the Xmas at the Races packages are cancelled because of the conditions in the grass car park area. Oamaru can be a bog after rain.

Not often you see common sense prevail twice in a week.
