I note it's a rating 35 to 91 FFA, am I missing something but this must be the first time the very best horses or highest rating are excluded after so many years, strange.

I think it’s the final field that has been assembled being a FFA, open noms and the highest rated has turned out to be 91.

Tentative programme at HRNZ has it up to R91, FF, Trot race up to 120 handicap.

You do wonder why the  highest rating is 120, seems to me you are either 120 or lurking around the 80s mark.
