Godolphin’s head Australian trainer James Cummings has five two-year-olds – Microphone, Tenley, Pin Sec, Kiamichi and Exhilarates – in the field of 16 as well as first emergency Bivouac, while the Anthony Freedman-trained, Godolphin-owned Blue Diamond Stakes winner Lyre is also in the field. The Chris Waller-trained Todman Stakes winner Yes Yes Yes is the marginal favourite ahead of the all-important barrier draw later today for Saturday’s race.
