Having just seen on T V 3 what was the  inevitable for the demise of the Coles now is the time for all those Owners and Trainers who have been racing against these proven “ Cheats”  to now stand up employ a lawyer to sue The Coles for fraudulently stealing all the stake money that they accumulated roughly over the last two years .

Not only that if New Zealand follow what Australia done to all kennels associated with live baiting every dog that has been through the Cole Kennels should immediately be deregistered by Greyhounds New Zealand.

Those dogs have all been given an “ unfair advantage “ and that is against the rules and the New Zealand rule book . 

They must immediately be Deregistered .

It must even apply to Cole dogs that have been moved on to other trainers

From what I've heard, several had made statements over this case & then chose to withdraw their statement, presumably to protect Cole.

I suggest protection mode should now be a bygone as it's very likely he'll be going down. Those withdrawn statement could be turned back on those who chose to withdraw them.

Do the right thing people & help to protect your personal interest as well. Step back up, make your official statement & let justice take it course.

In truth, if they fail to give statements they have made already, these same people could be done for obstruction of justice. Knowingly allowing someone to break the law is also illegal

This is the time for nzgra to show their worth. OK Lisa and brendon have alot of dogs and think they are overtaking the industry, we have all been told this by the man himself. Clearly they are guilty as breaching one of the biggest rules. How nzgra deal with this is huge for the industry. Huge for the small trainer or the more passionate not all about numbers trainer. Between the two biggest trainers in new zealand over the last month. Bluntly it's time to grow a pair grab the book with both hands and do what's right for everyone not just the one or two with the numbers.
