Same trainer for all three dogs... https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13495/stewards-report.aspx SAHARA PIPPA qualified to race in a one cup blinker and is now cleared to race wearing this item of gear. ZARA PETAL which raced in a satisfactory trial as a fill in, suffered a fractured right hock after the finish line and was humanely euthanased. ZOE JEAN (8) - checked going into the bend and fell but finished the race. Referred to the Vet and euthanised due to a carpus fracture. Go Marcie you little dog lover. We love our dogs. They love to race
Yankiwi
Will probably be one of the first to wonder what happened to Greyhound Racing in NZ, when it's gone....
Yankiwi
So what will we read next? Something like ~ <Insert greyhound name here> proved difficult to load & was put on the box first list. The trainer then realized that with no longer being able to be the clear last to load the dog, it's competitive advantage would be nullified and it was humanely euthanised.

Just had heart surgery and Marcie has him slipping dogs at trials. I heard she sleeps until 10.30am every morning. The life of a greyhound trainer huh. I also saw a kennel hand at Palmy helping her other worker jazz take a rug off cause she has a broken hand or arm.... lazy or what!!!
