The welfare managers role is to manage welfare. Coles is under criminal charges for breaches of the animal welfare code. What's she done about it? J Mc kennel staff killed several dogs on the ferry, her action? Wasn't it some policy about not leaving any greyhounds unattended by an LP? What about a racing greyhound that spent overnight in a vet's clinic after a minor/major surgery, while no LP was present, did she see that her policy was enforced? Good riddance I say....
