enuff is enoug
The R.I.U. Under the control of an ex Addington Showground Sausage sizzler Seller Mike Godber claims to be one step a head for the "Integrity" of the Racing Industry..He has so many ex Detectives and the odd failed cop under his Command, it Ain't funny He Claims to have a special "Recruit" watching the betting side of operations. Who ever this special recruit is, he does not cut the Mustard!! , In fact possibly does not even exist... Just have a look at the pattern of what is happening within the Greyhound Industry.. It would not take much to check the betting patterns here and overseas accounts to realise what these trainers ( A few priveledged have inside info) are up to.. I wonder sometimes how far the Corruption spreads.
Four shaw
Does illegal bookmakers come into it? Surely they still exist?
aquaman
Yes, like the privileged special trainers that get the first bite of the fixed odds cherry. After they get their bets on, the market shortens for all the mug punters, and they get the crumbs. The whole thing is corrupt.

Yankiwi
Good work Mike. Long overdue. A 305M race and cramping to this extreme? Race 18 BIGTIME RUSTY #2 fell to the track after passing the finishing line due to bad cramping and was referred to the vet where he recovered quickly with no stand down being imposed, the Stewards requested that the vet take a blood sample for basic blood chemistry testing. Yankiwi
Mike proves again how things are now different in the CD. Favoritism has given way to fairness. https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13777/stewards-report.aspx ZIPPING COBRA (1) - away well settled handy challenged for the lead early in the run home and turned his head inwards for at least 3 strides when clear of other runners and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found and ZIPPING COBRA has been stood down ( failing to pursue ) 2nd offence. Good on you Mike. You made the righteous call which never would have even batted an eyelash your crooked predecessors face. ?
