Anyone have any tips/selections?

Greg O'Connor, please sit down, not asking you. Get back to the rain and mud at RRiccaRRton today.

For what it's woRth I like:

Race 3 # 11 Silk. Very consistent and tries haRd. One of the betteR maidens going around at the moment and $2.60 FF looks pretty good to me in a field void of form. 2nd line draw to contend with but should get an ok run through.

Race 4 # 8 The Red RobbeR. $8's and $3's final field is each way all day. VeRy good run last start, tough as buggery, down slightly in grade today.

Race 7 # 9 RRake. I'm a fan of his, but only taking notes today, to use in the futuRe. No mobile start and no B Orange  so it's a no from me today. Hoping that he runs back in the field a bit today, to make his divvi a bit better next time when conditions suit more. Having said that he will probably come out today and win by 3 and three quarter lengths.

Race 8 # 11 The Croupier. Not going to get rich at $2.20 final field sp maybe go the tote? Should really handle this lot on his ear. Good stats for course and distance. Perhaps a multi with him and Silk in the thiRRd race would be the way to go.

God bless the good folk of GoRRe.

I used to know the Southland trots very well but even then I was wary of the first day of new season. Used to be a few unseen horses starting against the perennial battlers so it was tricky.

It was a good thing I didn't have to pay for a float trip/driving fee. Put it that way lol.
