Journalists Wandering Eyes Posted September 10, 2019 Journalists Share Posted September 10, 2019 Champion British jockey Silvestre de Sousa and French veteran Alexis Badel have both been granted licences from the Hong Kong Jockey for dates during the current 2019/2020 season. De Sousa, who sustained an injury from a fall at Chelmsford in late August and is pointing to returning to the saddle in October, has been permitted to ride from Nov. 17 to Jan. 31, while Badel will be in action from Nov. 1 to Feb. 28. The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s Licensing Committee met on Monday.
